How can I cancel my order?
In the event that you have placed an order and want to cancel it before it is shipped, you can do so by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Cancel order" indicating your order number.
If the order has already been sent and you want to cancel it, you will have to wait to receive it and process the return.
In the event that the order has already left the warehouse and you wish to cancel it, Blaine is not responsible for shipping costs so in all cases will be discounted €4.99 in Spain and €19.99 in the Balearic Islands. In Italy and France 9,99€. In Belgium 10,99€.
Once we receive your return, we will refund your money immediately. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days from the time you hand over the parcel to the courier until you receive your money back.
We know that there are times when things don't work out as we would like them to, and for some reason you have to return your order.
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the order to return it or report an incident.
To do so, BLAINE requires that you always inform us of the order number and attach photographs of the box and the product.
In case of breakage, damage or damage in the shipping process, please send photographs of the defective product, the box and the label of the transport company to email@example.com within 24/48 hours.
If the product is returned for another reason (colour, change of size or opinion) please notify the reason for the return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org attaching photographs.
This process has a cost of 4,99€ per box which will be subtracted from the total amount of your order, in the case of Balearic Islands the cost will be 19,99€. France and Italy 9,99€ and Belgium 10,99€.

*From 15 December 2022 it will be essential to return the plants with the label attached to them. If this is not the case, the return will not be processed.
All returns that are not collected from the collection point will be subject to a surcharge of 6€.
All returns must be returned with the same name as the owner of the order. If this is not the case, there will be an extra charge of 2€.
Are there shipping costs?
In Spain shipping costs are free if your order is over 30€. For orders under 29,99€ the shipping cost is 4,99€. Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands are 19,99€.
In France the shipping costs are 9,99€ if the order does not exceed 70€. In Belgium the shipping cost is 10,99€.
In Italy the shipping costs are 9,99€.
Items missing from my order
Don't worry. Both Blaine and our transport company try to ensure that all the products in your order are delivered in the same delivery. However, depending on the weight or dimensions of the products, it is possible that the transport company may organise more than one delivery, usually the following day. This may also occur due to stock shortages.
Change of address
If you wish to change the delivery address of your order, simply send an email to email@example.com with the subject "Change of address" indicating your order number and the new address.
Please note that this will only be possible if your order has not yet been shipped.
How can I track my shipment?
In order to track your order and know its current status, we recommend that you check your order confirmation email. In that email you will find a link that will take you to the page where you can check the status of your order. Just click on "order status".
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse to your home, you will be provided with a tracking number by the shipping company. Usually, the carrier will send you an email with all the information you need to track your package. In case you do not receive this email, we suggest that you check your spam or junk mail folder, as sometimes automated emails can be filtered there.
When will I receive my order?
Deliveries within the peninsula are generally made within 24 to 48 hours. For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, France, Italy and Belgium the delivery time may be 3 to 5 days.
It is important to note that the delivery times of the products, in working days, will be confirmed in the message confirming receipt of your order.
BLAINE will make every effort to respect these deadlines, but any delay due to transport problems beyond BLAINE's control will not result in the cancellation of the order and will not give rise to any compensation.
During holiday periods, strikes, sales, the Christmas season or Black Friday, delivery times may be longer than usual due to factors beyond BLAINE's control.
Does the plant come with the pot?
The plant does not come with the pot, as all the additional elements can be purchased separately.
What plants can be placed outdoors?
Many of Blaine's plants are suitable for outdoor use, such as olive, bamboo, eucalyptus, palm, monstera, banana and ficus, as they have sun protection. If you have any questions, you can ask our customer service.
How to measure the plant / From where is the plant measured?
The plant should be measured closed, from the top of the plant to the bottom.
Blaine's artificial flowers and plants do not arouse the olfactory sensitivity of pets as they are treated. Animals are not attracted to the plants, so they will not be destroyed.
We know that discounts are cool and even cooler to get that Blaine plant you love so much!
Please note that you can enjoy them individually, they are not cumulative.
Some of them have an expiry date.
Once the purchase has been made, it will not be possible to enter any promotional code.

I need an invoice
If you need an invoice for your order, simply send us an email to email@example.com with the following information: order number and your tax details. We will send you the invoice as soon as possible.
Your Blaine account (You can register or buy as a guest)
To place an order, you have two options: register and create a Blaine account, or order as a guest without creating an account.
Registering has several advantages, such as receiving email promotions and having your addresses and payment information saved for quick and easy future purchases.
